is a company looking for an Employee Experience Service Design Team Lead to design the employee journey.
What you will do
- Map and continuously update the employee journey to identify key moments impacting engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Conduct employee research, including interviews, focus groups, surveys, and analytics, to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Design touchpoints and rituals that embed company values and culture into daily work.
- Track EX metrics such as eNPS, early attrition, onboarding satisfaction, time-to-productivity, retention, and engagement to drive business outcomes.
- Lead a small team, setting goals and providing coaching while maintaining focus on the overall vision.
- Work cross-functionally to align HRBP, Talent Development, Internal Comms, leaders, and other teams for a seamless employee journey.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in service design, employee experience, CX/UX, or consulting.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong skills in design thinking and prototyping.
- Ability to visualize processes using journey maps, service blueprints, and user flows.
- Proficient in cross-functional collaboration with HR, leaders, IT, and marketing teams.
- Excellent English.

- Experience in global or distributed companies.
- Knowledge of HR metrics and engagement tools.
- Facilitation and workshop design skills.
