Working Student - Learning Experience Developer (Edtech)

What you will do

• Maintain and update the LMS, including users, courses, learning paths, and reporting.
• Write and edit content for online training videos in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Edit training videos using standard video editing software.
• Support the hirify.global Community and hirify.global Academy by ensuring high-quality, learner-focused content.
• Collaborate with the Customer Education team to optimize workflows, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Educational background or in-progress studies in instructional design, education, communication, or related fields.
• Native-level English writing skills.
• Experience with video production and editing tools.
• Basic knowledge of LMS platforms (experience with 360Learning, Userlane, or Articulate Rise is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
