What you will do

• Work closely with Art Leads and Outsource Managers to support internal artists
• Document and generate references for art asset production
• Ensure assets are consistent and technically ready for games
• Communicate feedback clearly to artists
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure concept art meets project needs
• Engage in hands-on art production when necessary

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior/Lead Concept Artist on AAA games
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational skills and task estimation
• Understanding of various game art disciplines
• Fluency in an additional language is a plus
