People Programs Manager: Designing and implementing impactful People and enablement programs that fuel employee growth, leadership development, and organizational performance with an accent on program development and coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization. Focus on translating strategy into action and continuously improving how teams are supported and engaged.
Location: Based at our San Francisco headquarters, but the actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
Salary: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00

What you will do
- Conduct needs assessments with managers and leaders and build a learning roadmap for them.
- Design and deliver high-impact learning programs, including new manager onboarding, manager training, and leadership development.
- Build comprehensive leadership toolkits covering core leadership, communication, team development, strategic/operational, and personal leadership skills.
- Support the rollout and coordination of key programs including our engagement survey, performance reviews and feedback, and manager enablement.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to enhance program workflows and the employee experience.
- Help streamline systems, documentation, and coordination practices across the People team.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Program Coordination, or Talent Management. Or MA in Organizational Behavior, Psychology or related fields.
- Hands-on experience supporting and facilitating employee lifecycle programs and projects.
- Proven ability to build and deliver manager development programs, including facilitating training sessions, building async content and experimenting with AI to enhance programming.
- Strong organizational skills and clear, professional communication.
- Highest levels of integrity, empathy, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., BambooHR, Lattice, Culture Amp, Slack, Google Workspace).
