What you will do

• Provide performance management guidance to management team members.
• Develop and execute People and Culture strategy and projects.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience for new employees.
• Analyze results from employee interviews to identify trends.
• Collaborate with legal team on employment law matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in human resources.
• In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources.
• Experience with HRIS, strong preference for Workday.
• Strong knowledge of organizational change and culture transformation.
