What you will do

• Own the hirify.global for the Office of the CIO initiative, driving the CIO organization’s use of hirify.global.
• Drive the development of annual and multi-year strategic planning.
• Execute high-impact initiatives that improve collaboration and decision-making.
• Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CIO.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve employee engagement through data-informed initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an operational leader in a CIO organization or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of hirify.global and experience in organizational adoption.
• Proven ability to drive effective solutions between business and technical teams.
• Demonstrate curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
