What you will do

• Conduct individual meetings with employees on communication skills, including presentations, public speaking, and soft skills.
• Fill out the corporate soft skills matrix and determine employee readiness in communication skills.
• Update candidate preparation materials.
• Conduct group trainings on self-presentation and soft skills.

Requirements

• High level of literacy, strong erudition, and fast learning ability.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), openness, and ability to motivate.
• Knowledge of andragogy and key learning methodologies.
• Ability to provide correct and effective feedback on training/learning outcomes.
• Skills in operational management, systematic problem-solving, analytical thinking, and well-reasoned argumentation.
• English language proficiency at Advanced level or higher.
