What you will do
- Propose and implement strategies to enhance customer experience
- Participate in the product's life cycle from idea to launch
- Elaborate specifications for integration interactions
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other teams
- Create technical documentation and service requirements
- Manage end-to-end product development requirements
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as System Analyst
- Experience with designing API, architecture, and data models
- UML/BPMN experience
- Ability to analyze business needs and create specifications
- Basic SQL skills
- B1 or higher English level
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in launching products from scratch
- Knowledge of prioritization frameworks
