What you will do

• Conduct learning needs analyses and consult with internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps.
• Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs.
• Partner with SMEs to create tailored content for diverse employee groups.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and learning initiatives for employees and people managers.
• Oversee and optimize the use of hirify.global’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Monitor, assess, evaluate and report on the effectiveness and ROI of learning programs using data-driven approaches.

Requirements

• CIPD in Learning & Development or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in a Learning & Development or Talent role.
• Proven experience of designing, delivering and evaluating corporate learning solutions across various modalities (e.g. eLearning, virtual classroom etc.).
• Experience of administering and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS), including managing its content, user access and reporting functionalities.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze learning data to show learning transfer and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Nice to have

• Coaching qualification (desirable).
• Experience of using Articulate 360 suite (desirable).
• Experience of using Camtasia (desirable).
