What you will do

• Serve as a strategic business partner to department leaders, providing actionable recommendations.
• Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and business models.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning software is a plus.
• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
