• Lead and inspire other Technical Program Managers.
• Create technical frameworks for engineering teams.
• Drive testing dependencies and build dashboards for development progress.

Requirements

• 12+ years of project management experience in enterprise tech environments.
• Ability to use data and analytics for project health assessment.
• Understanding of software development and project management processes.
• Experience with project planning tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, and/or Blockchain ecosystems.
