HR Generalist

About the company:
Digitalchemy creates top-rated mobile apps (utilities, health, games) with 18M+ active users and an average rating of 4.7. Teamwork and people are at the core of our success.
What you’ll do:
— Own end-to-end recruitment
— Drive culture: surveys, retrospectives, team events
— Support employees across onboarding, development & offboarding
— Set up HR systems & automation
— Partner with managers on leadership & people management
— Prepare HR analytics & presentations
Requirements:
— 2–3 years of HR experience (recruitment, onboarding, engagement, feedback systems)
— Fluency in Russian (internal communication)
— Process-building expertise (HR cycle end-to-end)
— Strong relationship-building, analytical mindset & organizational skills
— Comfortable with remote work and balancing strategy with hands-on tasks
Nice to have:
— IT recruiting experience
— Work with international teams
— Familiarity with HR tools (People Force, Jira, etc.)
