What you will do

  • Lead integration of Creator Platform operations with compliance and safety teams.
  • Build scalable workflows for creator support and moderation.
  • Own creator-related publishing topics and processes.
  • Maintain operational benchmarks for efficiency and risk management.
  • Partner with engineering and community teams for operational improvements.
  • Mentor a team focused on creator operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in building operational structures.

Nice to have

  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with compliance and moderation operations.
  • Passion for hirify.global and its community.
