What you will do
- Support new hire onboarding tasks and processes.
- Act as point of contact for timekeeping issues.
- Maintain HRIS (Workday) for accurate employee information.
- Manage compliance-related policies and best practices.
- Coordinate benefits-related programs and policies.
- Assist with the termination process as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR or related field.
- Experience with Workday (HRIS).
- Professional attitude and approachability.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
