What you will do

• Coach and advise the studio Leadership Team on HR activities
• Manage complex employee relations matters
• Enhance and streamline HR processes
• Support cyclical HR activities like performance appraisal and talent management
• Oversee initiatives to enhance culture and employee engagement
• Lead a small HR team and mentor the senior HR advisor

Requirements

• CIPD qualification
• Significant experience in a senior generalist HR role
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience with HR Management Systems, preferably Workday
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
