What you will do

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to optimize processes for roadmap delivery.
• Provide stakeholders with metrics on progress and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Apply expertise in SDLC and Agile methodology to guide stakeholder teams.
• Align stakeholders by managing program scope, schedules, and changes.
• Utilize program management tools to track, report, and manage program progress, risks, and roadblocks.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills, including building relationships and providing feedback.
• Proven experience in managing programs and projects in Product or Engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in SDLC and Agile methodology.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt to change.
• This position requires the incumbent to have a sufficient knowledge of English

Nice to have

• Proficiency in program & project management tools such as JIRA and Airtable.
• Familiarity with structured query language (SQL) for data analysis and reporting.
• PMP certification or equivalent program & project management certifications is an asset.
