What you will do

• Lead a PMM team organized by industry and customer persona, using data to influence the product roadmap.
• Develop clear, differentiated messaging that reflects the unique needs of each vertical and role.
• Lead launch and GTM plans across Industry verticals, ensuring successful execution and delivering retros with insights.
• Represent the customer by turning feedback, sales insights, and market dynamics into product direction and content.
• Create and maintain sales tools and lifecycle marketing content that map to each buyer journey.
• Represent hirify.global Industry at conferences, analyst briefings, and press engagements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success leading product marketing or GTM efforts in enterprise software.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills - you translate vision into roadmap, messaging, and programs.
• A deep understanding of how to connect technical value to business outcomes across complex B2B sales cycles.
• Excellent leadership capabilities: experience hiring, growing, and managing teams in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills - able to engage executives, technical developers, and business stakeholders alike.
• Travel readiness for customer meetings, industry events, and cross-functional alignment (domestic and international).
