What you will do

• Lead the design of complex Workday integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless information flow.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical design specifications for Workday configurations and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Workday to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and provide expert-level support.
• Partner closely with Finance, HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Workday solutions.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support.
• Extensive experience as a Workday Architect or Lead Consultant with a strong focus on large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Deep expertise in Workday Financial Management with at least 5+ modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, Projects, Grants, Planning, Accounting, Procurement).
• Extensive experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), including Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, and Recruiting.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and maintaining Adaptive Planning models, reports, and dashboards.
• Demonstrated experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll, Workday Studio).
• This position requires the incumbent to have a sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language.
