What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis and deep-dive investigations across our full data ecosystem to uncover insights that drive ML and product strategy.
• Analyze ML model results, performance metrics, and conduct sophisticated model evaluations that inform algorithmic improvements.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests while serving as a key contributor to our model evaluation and experimentation processes.
• Build analytical pipelines and automated systems that scale our ability to measure ML effectiveness and business impact.
• Create advanced dashboards and reporting systems that translate complex model performance into actionable business insights.

Requirements

• We're looking for an analyst, creative and curious which is also a builder in soul
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python with analytical libraries (Spark, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) and pipeline development experience
• Strong statistical analysis and experimental design capabilities including A/B testing, model evaluation metrics, and performance analysis
• Proven expertise building dashboards and visualizations in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools for complex analytical insights
• Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
• Sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges

Nice to have

• Enthusiasm around using AI tools for development and analysis
• Experience with B2C, adtech, gaming, or content recommendation analytics, particularly around model performance and user behavior • Demonstrated ability to translate complex ML and business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and communicate findings effectively
