What you will do

• Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data.
• Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements, and user stories.
• Support business experts and product owners during requirement definition and software development.
• Contribute to system design, testing, quality assurance, and change management.
• Identify business process improvement opportunities leading to improved customer service, lower costs, or higher revenue.
• Support business users in developing strategic and tactical plans and transition roadmaps for business architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Holds Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certificate from IIBA or equivalent, or holds OMG Certified UML Professional certificate at advanced level or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of project experience relevant to the profile or a similar position.
• Knowledge in business processes modeling using BPMN notation.
• Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis.
• Proficient in using modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others.
