Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Managing a portfolio of strategic customers to drive adoption and retention of

What you will do
- Maintain ownership of a portfolio of strategic customers, developing new relationships and supporting existing teams to drive adoption and retention of .
- Work with customers to understand their motivation, business drivers, strategic goals and desired business outcomes.
- Execute on all phases of the customer journey, including deployment design, change management consulting, and business performance reviews.
- Develop and maintain an internal Champion Network across customer’s organization, facilitating workshops on best known practices.
- Analyze customer usage in internal data systems to identify risks and opportunities, and proactively drive data-driven campaigns to increase customer engagement and product adoption.
- Partner closely with Sales to build strategic account plans, nurture executive relationships, facilitate Executive Business Reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management working with large, complex Enterprise-level accounts.
- Experience managing a book of high-value customer relationships, driving customer success within complex organizational structures.
- Customer-centric with a devotion to ensuring our customers’ success and adoption of .
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience partnering with Account Executives or Partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a bias for action, able to work effectively in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong understanding of the DACH and SE market.
- Fluency in German and English, with French being preferred.
