What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 Graphic Designers, ensuring effective collaboration and on-brand output.
• Oversee the visual output and creative ideation process, aligning with production schedules.
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver creative assets that meet business goals.
• Explore and implement new design tools and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 5+ years in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Eligibility to work in the EU/Austria.
