What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s 2D and 3D animation end-to-end: concept, storyboard, design, animate, edit, deliver.
• Create 2D motion graphics and 3D sequences.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives in close collaboration with engineers, product, and marketing.
• Develop hirify.global’s motion identity in partnership with the brand team.
• Adapt and extend existing CAD/STEP files while building custom 3D models when needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant motion design experience.
• Strong reel demonstrating expertise in both 2D motion design (After Effects or equivalent) and 3D animation, lighting, and rendering (Blender or equivalent).
• Proven ability to deliver on tight timelines with urgency and precision.
• Experience adapting CAD/STEP models and creating custom assets from scratch.
• Clear technical communication skills, with the ability to capture details correctly in partnership with engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine or Houdini.
• Comfort with scripting/expressions for automation and tool building.
• Fluency in emerging AI-driven creative tools.
