TL;DR
Principal Delivery Manager (Fintech): Owning end-to-end management of financial systems, aligning technology with business needs and leading modernization and major implementations. Focus on collaborating with platform owners and SMEs to align strategies across integrated systems and develop and scale solutions that improve financial operations efficiency.
Location: Hybrid of office/remote working. Home office up to 2 days/week, based on team agreement

What you will do
- Own end-to-end management of financial systems, including TMS, accounting, reporting, and tax platforms.
- Align technology with business needs, managing contracts, licensing, and compliance.
- Lead modernization and major implementations (e.g. WallStreet FX, Wallstreet Suite).
- Develop and scale solutions that improve financial operations efficiency.
- Track fintech trends and adopt tools to future-proof capabilities.
Requirements
- Relevant Higher education
- 15+ years experience in Delivery Roles with experience managing software vendors or outsourced service providers & teams of company resources
- Deep expertise with Financial accounting & compliance technology including TMS (Treasury Management Systems), core accounting systems, financial reporting tools, and tax compliance platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven financial tools and new technologies.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance considerations in the context of financial technology platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills in English
