We are an international fintech product company building a diverse ecosystem of products in the fields of trading, blockchain, and payments. Our goal is to lower the barriers to entry for new players and provide cutting-edge infrastructure solutions to financial businesses worldwide.

Responsibilities
-Build, maintain, and scale reliable data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
-Develop and support dashboards and reports for decision-making and performance tracking (Dealing, CSD departments).
-Ensure high data quality, availability, and proper documentation across all supported sources.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee transparent and trustworthy analytics processes.

Required Qualifications
-3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or BI roles.
-Strong proficiency in SQL.
-Experience with data modeling and transformation (DBT or similar frameworks).
-Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
-Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data quality practices.
-Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams.
-English at Advanced level.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with financial or CRM data.
-Background in Mathematics, Economics, or Finance.
-Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
