What you will do

• Meticulously prepare and file offer letters, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive employee files, ensuring compliance and easy access to essential information.
• Play a crucial role in processing and communicating various employee changes, ensuring accuracy and clear dissemination of information.
• Run and prepare comprehensive people reports, providing valuable insights to the team.
• Manage the administrative tasks associated with new hires, helping them seamlessly onboard into our organization, including hosting new hire orientations and meeting the founder.
• Provide critical recruiting reporting updates, helping attract top talent.
