What you will do
- Serve as the main point of contact for client portfolios
- Manage client relationships for growth and sustainment
- Conduct quarterly health checks and make improvement recommendations
- Cross-sell and upsell new business opportunities
- Assist with various projects as needed
- Enhance department reputation through ownership of tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of progressive experience
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish preferred
