Crypto Client Relationship Manager (Fintech): Managing and nurturing key client relationships for institutional clients with an accent on providing outstanding service and strategic insights. Focus on upselling opportunities, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Location: This role is based in our New York City office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for high-value institutional and premium clients.
- Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Be responsible for the onboarding experience for new institutional clients, ensuring a seamless transition into ’s ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, CS, Legal) to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Regularly track and report on client health metrics, budget alignment, and forecast performance.
- Lead client meetings, take notes, and drive actionable follow-ups.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing client relationships in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
- Deep knowledge of the crypto industry and financial technology landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to scale accounts and build long-term client partnerships.
- Proven success with upselling, renewals, and retention.
- Comfortable with analyzing data, forecasting, and financial metrics.
- High emotional intelligence and a customer-first approach, especially under pressure.
