Salary: $116,000-$145,000 USD

What you will do

• Maintain critical parts of the racing technology stack, becoming a subject matter expert in high-performance systems.
• Design and implement efficient, scalable software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code following industry best practices with focus on performance optimization.
• Solve complex problems independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisions that shape our racing platform.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience with proven depth in at least one programming language.
• Strong Java development experience with solid understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Experience with Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem.
• Database experience with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Performance-focused mindset with experience optimizing systems for speed and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative team experience.

Nice to have

• AWS cloud services experience.
• High-concurrency, low-latency systems experience.
• Real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
