What you will do

• Act as a system expert and administrator for the new FP&A platform.
• Drive the implementation and integration of the FP&A platform with existing systems and data sources.
• Translate FP&A and budgeting processes and requirements into system configurations, workflows, and dashboards.
• Maintain financial planning structures, hierarchies, and data integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Office, and IT teams to ensure accurate data flows, reporting structures, and system performance.
• Evaluate and improve system setup, ensuring scalability and adaptability.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with FP&A systems (e.g. Anaplan, Board, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Planful).
• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with system integration, data validation, and process automation.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g. Tableau and Power BI).
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
