What you will do
- Scope and design learning and performance interventions in collaboration with global sales, technology, and product experts.
- Create end-to-end learning experiences, including campaigns, courses, job aids, process documents, assessments, and multimedia resources using content authoring and visual design tools.
- Drive continual improvement of the enablement program to ensure effectiveness, relevance, and long-term behavioural change for the sales team.
- Coach other content creators and review their content to ensure high-quality, consistent instructional materials aligned with learning objectives.
- Lead project planning and execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and track project performance for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience using/working with Saas sales processes.
- Ability to use authoring tools (Evolve) & visual design tools (Adobe and LMSs).
- Experience in developing interactive, engaging and effective learning resources.
- Experience with developing both digital and face-to-face experiences and assets (online learning courses, videos, interactive PDFs, LMS pages, workshops, virtual sessions, job aids and learning campaigns).
- Experience conducting root cause analysis, training needs analysis and provide data-based analysis and reporting.
- Experience with project and stakeholder management with demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills.
