What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional operational projects at the company or head-office level.
• Serve as a key facilitator among stakeholders from HR, finance, IT, facilities, legal, and product teams.
• Maintain transparency regarding plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Keep all participants informed and aligned throughout project life cycles.
• Gather and clarify project requirements, ensuring documentation is clear, structured, and traceable.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program or project management, ideally on cross-functional or operational projects.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on delivery.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing clear, structured documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of teams.
• Interest in improving business processes and organizational efficiency.
• A technical background is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
