What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their data and reporting requirements.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure critical data from hirify.global’s products and applications is accurately captured and maintained.
• Design, develop, and enhance dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights.
• Implement and uphold data quality processes to ensure information is accurate, complete, and available.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
• Participate in key projects, such as migrating data from legacy systems to new platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably less than 2-year experience.
• Proficiency in basic SQL, with the ability to write queries and work with large datasets.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English within a professional setting.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to adjust working hours to participate in meetings across different time zones sometimes.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge in Business Intelligence, data warehouse concepts, or familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Metabase, SQL Server, Vertica, Hadoop, or MSDT.
• Skills in Python programming.
