What you will do

Generate concepts and assets using AI tools that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
Refine and develop prompts to drive high-quality creative output.
Collaborate across creative disciplines to integrate AI-generated content into production.
Lead multidisciplinary projects from ideation to final delivery.
Provide clear creative direction and hands-on feedback.
Coach and mentor team members.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills.
5+ years of experience as a creative lead.
Advanced skills in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Proficient in using AI tools in creative workflows.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence.
