What you will do
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing SETS team in the EMEA market.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle, ensuring technical alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Outcomes leadership to understand business goals and contribute to strategies for establishing and growing customer value realization on the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SETS efforts with overall business objectives and company priorities.
- Bring actionable insights back to ’s Product Team to help us evolve our platform.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience leading a solution engineering/architecture team in the Enterprise space, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.
- Experience hiring, motivating, and developing a team.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting large deal cycles in enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management software, Customer Relationship Management software, Vendor Relationship Management software, Integration software and APIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
