What you will do

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing SETS team in the EMEA market.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle, ensuring technical alignment with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Outcomes leadership to understand business goals and contribute to strategies for establishing and growing customer value realization on the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SETS efforts with overall business objectives and company priorities.
• Bring actionable insights back to hirify.global’s Product Team to help us evolve our platform.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience leading a solution engineering/architecture team in the Enterprise space, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Experience hiring, motivating, and developing a team.
• Proven track record of successfully supporting large deal cycles in enterprise sales.
• Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management software, Customer Relationship Management software, Vendor Relationship Management software, Integration software and APIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
