What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Identify opportunities to scale partnerships, negotiate improved commission structures, and explore new markets.
• Monitor and evaluate affiliate and campaign performance, ensuring KPIs and targets are met.
• Handle day-to-day engagement and communication with affiliates and other partnerships.
• Coordinate with influencers to promote special events, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive offers.
• Analyze affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Prior experience in marketing, ideally affiliate marketing in online industries.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytical tools to monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A good understanding of marketing principles and strategies, especially in the context of digital and affiliate marketing.
• The ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and find creative solutions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience in various digital marketing channels, streaming platforms, and social media.
• Familiarity with graphic design platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Creatopy.
• Cryptocurrency and gambling knowledge.
