TL;DR

Support Specialist (Customer Support): Providing technical analysis, recommendations, and resolution of customer inquiries and cases with an accent on customer-facing communication and problem-solving. Location: Hybrid in Manila, Philippines

What you will do/Что делать

  • Analyze and resolve technical inquiries from customers via portal, email, chat, and calls.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshoot software configurations and run diagnostics to support customers.
  • Provide superior customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Learn and work with hirify.global Continuous Testing Platform products.

Requirements/Требования

  • Must be located in or near Manila, Philippines with willingness to work hybrid and shifting schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of technical or product support experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with JavaScript/Node.js and knowledge of web and mobile technologies; Selenium and Appium preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices in support desk operations.

Nice to have/Хорошо, если есть

  • Experience with test automation, QA, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Training from hirify.global academy or background in software QA.
  • Desire to transition from technical support to software QA roles.
