What you will do
- Partner with Sales to support prospects during evaluation
- Understand technical requirements and communicate business value of HR products
- Manage technical demos and proofs of concept tailored to customer needs
- Create and maintain technical content for customer success
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Become a product expert and understand competitor landscape
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to build a best-in-class Solutions Consulting organization
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in pre-sales with HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-starter energized by fast-paced environments
