Location: San Francisco, CA, onsite with office presence required at least three days a week

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to support prospects during evaluation
• Understand technical requirements and communicate business value of HR products
• Manage technical demos and proofs of concept tailored to customer needs
• Create and maintain technical content for customer success
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams
• Become a product expert and understand competitor landscape
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to build a best-in-class Solutions Consulting organization

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in pre-sales with HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Self-starter energized by fast-paced environments
