What you will do

• Ensure quality and technical accuracy of all deliverables including risk articulation and remediation guidance.
• Continuously improve pentest delivery processes and platform.
• Monitor active penetration tests from kickoff to report delivery and retest, ensuring customer and pentester satisfaction.
• Remove obstacles during testing to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assemble and schedule skilled teams from the hirify.global Core community for pentesting engagements.
• Maintain feedback loops with community managers to grow and up-level pentesters.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to enhance client lifecycle experience.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of relevant experience managing technical projects
• Customer-first mentality and consulting mindset
• Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
• Professional demeanor in remote communication channels
• Unparalleled attention to detail
