Salary: $164,500 - $235,000 USD

What you will do

• Create strategy and product roadmap for Workflow Automation to support DLP growth and innovation.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Engineering and lead delivery of critical hirify.global Workflows Automation functionality.
• Develop and execute strategy for Email DLP aligned with customer needs and security best practices.
• Partner with customers to refine and deliver impactful DLP features powering a $200M+ ARR business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Experience in data security and building cross-functional relationships, especially with engineering teams.
• Experience working directly with customers on security feature requirements and feedback.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to travel monthly to headquarters in the USA.

• MBA or advanced business degree.
• Proven success building and scaling workflow automation in enterprise security products.
• Experience driving strategy for Email DLP solutions.
