What you will do

• Lead a team of 8-10 software engineers in cloud browser isolation product development
• Drive product and roadmap initiatives aligned with business goals
• Ensure high-quality feature development and system reliability
• Plan capacity and allocate resources effectively
• Manage performance and career progression of direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 8+ years professional experience in software development and delivery
• 2+ years experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Experience with Chromium, C++, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
• Ability to make data-driven and business-driven engineering decisions
