What you will do/Что делать
- Partner with Growth Leadership to strategize, scope, and execute foundational design processes across multiple product teams.
- Develop and iterate on documentation and processes to improve Growth Design team workflows.
- Advance sharing and socializing of insights to influence customer-centric product direction and growth experiments.
- Support Design Operations initiatives including learning, resourcing, and process improvements.
- Manage a portfolio of programs ensuring clarity of responsibilities and efficient delivery across teams.
Requirements/Требования
- Ability to collaborate in person 2 weeks per quarter, including travel to team hubs.
- 7+ years experience managing design operations at scale, preferably in product companies or design agencies.
- Strong organizational, system thinking, and analytical skills to manage complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to present and align complex processes across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
