What you will do

• Act as an internal Cypher Learning expert and consultant for instructors and stakeholders.
• Build and update courses, implement assessments and automation rules, and conduct manual testing.
• Oversee user roles, permissions, course enrollments, and progress tracking.
• Design and coordinate third-party integrations and automations to enhance platform capabilities.
• Provide support and guidance to learners, addressing their questions and technical issues.
• Generate and analyze reports on user activity and course completion, and support compliance audits.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with the Cypher Learning (formerly MATRIX) LMS platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach with the ability to provide technical support to non-technical users.
• Ability to work on complex assignments independently and to apply a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with senior personnel and SMEs.
• Strong reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience of working with API automation solutions and external integrations.
• A basic understanding of adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI.
• Elementary graphic design skills.
