What you will do

• Understand brand challenges and develop narratives highlighting the creative potential and value of the platform.
• Craft compelling storylines and insight-supported ideas for persuasive pitches.
• Adapt brand narratives and communication style according to business needs in Japan.
• Manage stakeholder ehirify.globalpectations through transparent and proactive communication.
• Run creative brainstorms and workshops to develop innovative solutions.
• Become an embedded partner to the Japan sales teams, working to drive the business forward.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of ehirify.globalperience in Brand Strategy, Strategic Planning, Communication Planning, Marketing Planning, Creative role at an ad agency, client-side, or at a tech company/platform.
• In-depth knowledge of social media landscape, understanding platform's promoted products and advertising model.
• Ehirify.globalperience delivering creative strategies and breakthrough ideas that drive brand awareness and user engagement.
• Proven ability to craft insights through quantitative data and a qualitative understanding of people.
• Ehirify.globalperience leading end-to-end projects and managing clients, accounts, and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English
