Creative Strategist (Marketing): Developing unique recommendations for brands on how to leverage the platform, leading projects and collaborating with teams to dive deep into platform behavior and pitch custom solutions. Focus on crafting compelling story lines and insight-supported ideas to build persuasive pitches for customers, leveraging local market knowledge and adapting brand narratives.
What you will do
- Understand brand challenges and develop narratives highlighting the creative potential and value of the platform.
- Craft compelling storylines and insight-supported ideas for persuasive pitches.
- Adapt brand narratives and communication style according to business needs in Japan.
- Manage stakeholder e pectations through transparent and proactive communication.
- Run creative brainstorms and workshops to develop innovative solutions.
- Become an embedded partner to the Japan sales teams, working to drive the business forward.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of e perience in Brand Strategy, Strategic Planning, Communication Planning, Marketing Planning, Creative role at an ad agency, client-side, or at a tech company/platform.
- In-depth knowledge of social media landscape, understanding platform's promoted products and advertising model.
- E perience delivering creative strategies and breakthrough ideas that drive brand awareness and user engagement.
- Proven ability to craft insights through quantitative data and a qualitative understanding of people.
- E perience leading end-to-end projects and managing clients, accounts, and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English
Nice to have
- E perience with Design and Design Tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- E perience with Social listening data.
