Programme Management Officer

TL;DR

Programme Management Officer (PMO): Supporting change delivery managers in successful project delivery, ensuring alignment with controls, governance standards, and strategic objectives. Focus on implementing standardized PMO processes, monitoring project performance, and facilitating project governance.

Location: This role will be based in our Prague office.

What you will do

• Support change delivery managers, ensuring programme compliance with the hirify.global Control Framework and governance standards.
• Create and implement standardized PMO processes and methodologies aligned with controls and governance standards.
• Monitor project performance, track progress, identify risks, and report project status to senior management.
• Support project documentation, ensuring maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate project governance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective management of project risks.
• Provide change management framework training to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a Project Manager / PMO / Portfolio role in an international environment on complex multi-year programmes.
• Strong understanding of project / programme management methodologies and governance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and data-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in the full MS Office suite and strong MS Excel literacy.
• Knowledge of investment banking products (e.g., Rates, FX, Equities) and governance processes.
• Experience with project financials tracking, management, and analysis.
• Ability to quickly master new subject domains and governance frameworks.
• Capability to support senior management in their approval activities.
