What you will do

  • Design and execute global recruiting strategies supporting growth in Canada, UK, and other international locations.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences through process design and training.
  • Collaborate with executives and senior leaders on workforce planning and talent needs.
  • Manage and evolve ATS, sourcing tools, and recruiting tech stack for efficiency and data-driven decisions.
  • Lead searches for key roles, especially technical and go-to-market positions.
  • Report on TA metrics to guide continuous improvement and partner with HR functions for seamless employee experience.

Requirements

  • English fluency required, bilingualism is a strong asset.
  • 10+ years of progressive full-cycle talent acquisition experience with global recruiting exposure.
  • Experience in high-growth tech environments, ideally AI, SaaS, or deep tech.
  • Strong business acumen and data-informed approach to recruiting and team performance.
  • Knowledge of Canadian, US, UK, and international hiring practices.
