What you will do

• Set and enforce the rhythm: planning, milestones, deadlines, grooming, reviews, retros.
• Ensure each team process or policy is purpose-driven, applied on time, data-validated, feedback-refined, and simple.
• Track focus, blockers, scope shifts; react fast.
• Proactively identify, rank, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Provide actionable data on team results and velocity; launch delivery acceleration from the data.
• Facilitate sharp, outcome-driven meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Demonstrate past successes in managing 2 teams simultaneously.
• Proven track record implementing Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record in resolving delivery risks and issues.
• Propose and make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• English to B1 level.
• PMI, PRINCE2 certification.
• Knowledge of how to create analytical reports.
• Experience in QA or Release Management.
