What you will do

• Lead strategic communications to enhance hirify.global’s reputation globally.
• Oversee reputational risk, including crisis comms and investor relations support.
• Shape and lead campaigns to grow brand awareness in the UK and key international markets.
• Advise the CEO, Exec team and Board on strategic comms and political positioning.
• Define and deliver UK public policy strategy, influencing government and regulators.
• Inspire and lead a high-performing team across Communications and UK Government Relations.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience within communications and ideally with some exposure to public policy and advocacy within Tech, Travel, or other regulated sectors.
• Commercial fluency in advising CEOs, influencing Boards, and aligning communications with broader business objectives and financial performance.
• Creative consumer mindset with an instinct for impactful storytelling and bold campaigns.
• Strategic agility in navigating ambiguity and change.
• Experience in crisis comms and reputation management.
• Political acumen and credibility with networks across government, regulators, and media.
