Location Designer

TL;DR

Location Designer (Game Development): Building game locations in Unity, scripting quests, directing cutscenes, and collaborating on level design for mobile games with an accent on expedition genres and technical game design. Location: Remote or from one of the company’s offices, excluding Russia and Belarus

What you will do/Что делать

• Assemble game locations using internal level editor and Unity
• Script quest logic and direct in-game cutscenes
• Collaborate with environment artists on level design
• Write and maintain design documentation
• Support the testing process and prepare tasks for other teams
• Review deliverables from art, programming, QA, and design teams

Requirements/Требования

• Must have 2+ years experience as game or level designer focused on game locations
• Experience creating and assembling maps, preferably in expedition genres
• Experience working with Unity, Adobe Photoshop, and Git
• Interest in level design and technical aspects of game design
• Extensive gaming experience and interest in midcore games
