What you will do/Что делать

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using HubSpot and AI to streamline sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
• Administer and configure HubSpot, managing user roles, pipelines, and integrations to support revenue operations.
• Ensure data consistency and integration across revenue systems including CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards providing actionable insights into the revenue pipeline and support investor reporting.
• Analyze revenue funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes for growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and revenue teams to align systems and reporting with business goals.

Requirements/Требования

• HubSpot Certification and 2–3 years hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, automation, and system configuration.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with understanding of revenue pipelines and customer journeys.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis functions.
• Familiarity with data platforms like ValueWorks and go-to-market tools such as Gong and ZoomInfo.
• Based in Berlin or able to work in Central European Time (CET).
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) for automation and operational efficiency is a plus.
